Three Steps

Understand
A joint meeting at the plant. We’ll analyze your use case: What data is already available? What results do you want to see? Where is the greatest potential for improvement? The outcome will be a clear vision and a realistic timeline.
Prove
In a proof of concept, we demonstrate that the solution works in your environment—with your machines, your data, and your requirements. We work directly with your team on-site to configure the solution, so that you can continue to develop it on your own afterward.
Roll out
Once validation is complete, the implementation begins: integration into your infrastructure, training for your teams, and a phased rollout to additional production lines and locations. What has worked successfully will serve as a template for the next rollout.
